Drill Collar

Our company's heavyweight drill pipes are manufactured to comply with the standards of API RP7G, API SPEC7-1, and NS-1. These heavyweight drill pipes can withstand both tensile and compressive loads. When placed between the drill pipe and the drill collar, they prevent sudden changes in the cross-sectional modulus of the drill string, reducing fatigue failure in the drill pipe. They can replace a portion of the drill collars, thereby lowering the hoisting load and enhancing the drilling depth capacity of the rig.
